A mansion for yourself!

The mansion "Casa del Sol" is on a separate property, but adjacent to the “El Refugio”. This mansion is an ideal place for guests with more sophisticated standards who do not wish to be disturbed. Every room in the "Casa del Sol" radiates both comfort and luxury. The mansion comfortably houses up to six people for an unforgettable holiday.

The large palm garden with its heated pool, outdoor shower, sun beds and several terraces contribute to the unique flair. Thanks to its idyllic southwest location, you can observe breathtaking sunsets from the property. The view across the north coast of the island and the lights at night is particularly stunning.

An outdoor sauna made of high-quality cedar wood integrated into the garden is another highlight. The window front opens generously into the garden and a breathtaking view of the Atlantic opens up to the observer while sweating. There is a 2-person jacuzzi right next to the sauna.

Away from mass tourism you will find pure relaxation in the peaceful and quiet surroundings. The holiday home is also an ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the surrounding area.

The mansion offers three bed rooms and two bathrooms as well as a spacious living/dining area with an open fire-place. The kitchen, another highlight of the house, is built of wood and fully furnished including a dish washer, four ceramic hobs, a microwave, oven, fridge, freezer and nespresso coffee machine. A washing machine, a dryer as well as an ironing set are available for your convenience in the storage room.

Eight people can easily be seated at the large dining table in the living room, from where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the entire north coast, the Teide and the Atlantic.

The two main bed rooms are furnished with king-sized Swiss Flex beds (180x200cm), while the children’s room adjacent to one of the main bed rooms, contains a bunk bed. There is an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second bathroom has got a bath-tub with an (integrated shower).

In the garden, the wine bodega with a barbeque area and outdoor oven provides room for ten people. A small, rustically styled bathroom with a bathtub and toilet facility is located next to the bodega.

The mansion is fully equipped with bed linen, tea towels, towels, hair dryer, bathrobes etc. and a hi-fi system. SAT-TV allows you to receive ASTRA radio and TV channels (including some English and French). WIFI is also available.
